Synectics to provide web development support to NIMH

Our team has been awarded a one-year contract with two option years by the National Institutes of Mental Health (NIMH). Synectics will provide web development, content management system, web Coding, and 508 Compliance support.  

This support covers planning, requirements analysis, design, and construction of information systems on an enterprise-wide basis at NIMH. Synectics has previously brought innovations to the web user interfaces of NIMH applications by adhering to best practices and the state-of-the-art in web content design, giving users the experience of modern, up-to-date applications. 

 

Our team has extensive experience managing health-related data, and our products helped to make the Behavioral Health Services Information System (BHSIS) a standard for tracking national public health data. The nation’s first comprehensive mental health and drug abuse treatment services locator got its start with Synectics, and for nearly 20 years we designed and deployed improved versions for the Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS’) Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). Synectics, a Federal Small Business IT and Data Management contractor, has extensive experience managing health-related data.
