As Synectics' principal, Hirsbrunner ensures deliverables, contractual commitments, and customer satisfaction. As a natural leader committed to the company's mission, she oversees various aspects, including communications, technology, quality control, HR, and strategic planning. With a background in finance, marketing, and federal contracts, she prioritizes employee happiness, ethics, and innovation.
Waldemar Ortiz
Executive Vice President
Mr. Ortiz wears two hats as a Board member and Executive Vice President for Synectics. As a Board member, he provides strategic advice on growth and strategic management, and as Executive Vice President, he oversees financial matters. Specializing in government contracts, compliance, financial planning, audits, and more, Mr. Ortiz's insights drive excellence and efficiency in delivering services to federal agencies.
Roya Khodabakhshi
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
With over 15 years in accounting and financial services, Ms. Khodabakhshi, Synectics' CFO, collaborates directly with the President on strategic planning. Responsible for financial oversight, budgeting, and day-to-day accounting, she brings expertise from managing clients at an outsourced accounting firm. Roya, a CPA with a BS in Accounting from George Mason University, excels in not-for-profit finance, government grant reporting, indirect rate design, GAAP and FAR compliance, and project management.
Sam Morisetty, MS, PMP
Innovation Lead & Project Manager
An engineer, AWS-certified Cloud Practitioner, and PMP, Mr. Morisetty brings 15+ years of expertise to Synectics. Leading experiments at the Innovation Lab, he excels in data management, infrastructure, business intelligence, and analytics. Currently, he heads a team constructing a federal agency's enterprise data warehouse and is renowned for overdelivering winning solutions that save time and reduce operating expenses. He holds a Masters in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
Shervonne Bell, PMP
Sr. Director, Business Development
Shervonne C. Bell, PMP, serves as the Sr. Director of Business Development – Client Relations at Synectics. With over 20 years of experience in IT project/program management, business development, and customer relationship management, Shervonne collaborates closely with the President to lead transformation, growth, and optimization strategies. Her focus is on cultivating and expanding relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders. Shervonne holds a BBA in Computer Information and Systems Science and is a certified PMP.
