Michael Williams: Synectics Project Management Office (PMO) Manager
Synectics has appointed Michael Williams as PMO Manager. As PMO Manager, Mike’s primary responsibility will be to ensure that the Synectics’ organization and project management standards are upheld and clearly defined through the entire process of each project’s development and execution. He will support the Project Managers with project oversight, project planning facilitation, quality assurance, financial and process management. In addition, he will continue to support Corporate as it relates to process improvement and quality management, as well as business development initiatives.
Mike has over thirty years of experience supporting Federal government contracting and IT business in various roles including Executive Management, Program/Project Manager, Business Analysis Lead, Integration Lead, Test Lead, and as a member of Business Development teams. He is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Scrum Maser (CSM), and in ITILv3 fundamentals.
