Mr. Ortiz wears two hats at Synectics: he is a sitting member of the Board of Directors, providing advice and vision for the company’s policies and direction, and he serves as Executive Vice President, providing financial oversight. Responsible for the timely execution of risk-based internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan, Mr. Ortiz has core competencies in government contracts, compliance, financial planning, audits, reporting, CMMI and ISO processes, internal control designs, risk management, and communications. He is an incisive thinker whose necessary guidance allows others to deliver excellence to federal agencies.
