Ms.  Hirsbrunner is Synectics’ principal and is fully accountable for deliverables, contractual obligations, and customer satisfaction.  A natural born and inspirational leader, she implements the company mission to “make data meaningful” for federal agencies, and oversees communications, technology, quality control, human resources, and corporate strategic planning and growth. Grounded in finance, marketing, federal government contracts, compliance, ISO processes, and IT service delivery, she is committed to employee happiness and fostering an environment of ethics and innovation. She studied Marketing and Communications at Hofstra University in New York.
