Meet Synectics’ CFO Roya Khodabakhshi
Synectics for Management Decisions, Inc. (Synectics) has appointed their controller, Roya Khodabakhshi, as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With this appointment, Roya became the second female in the company to perform a top executive position, following its President, Ana Hirsbrunner. The new role will allow Roya to focus on developing and implementing strategies for Synectics to achieve its goals in terms of growth and revenue. Roya has over 15 years of professional experience in accounting and financial services. Her background includes not-for-profit finance operations, government grant reporting, indirect rate design and development, GAAP and FAR compliance, and project management. She holds a BS in Accounting from George Mason University, and she is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
