Maxime Bokossa, PhD, is a skilled statistician. He manages a support project for two federal surveys. Maxime is an expert in designing and analyzing mathematical and statistical models that make statistical inferences and has solid expertise in survey-related methodological research and development—including sample design, estimation methods, weighting, and imputation—and in multilevel stratified clustered sample design and related variance estimation procedures. Apart from his work for Synectics, Maxime features in SAS software as part of a team of three that created a variance estimation procedure option, which was named after the team (Design-Adjusted MBN Estimator). He has a PhD and an MS in Statistics from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, as well as an MS in Applied Mathematics from the University of Abidjan, Ivory Coast.
