Margaret is a certified Project Management Professional with an MBA in Information Technology from Johns Hopkins University and a BBA in Accounting/Finance from Temple University. She has 20 years of experience in planning and managing multi-million-dollar projects. She thoroughly understands IT investment portfolios and assists clients in improving their portfolio performance. She has led all phases of diverse technology projects: she follows the EPLC methodology in managing projects and uses joint application design (JAD) and prototyping to ensure customer buy-in. Margaret has experience in developing a help desk that can handle 1st through 3rd tier support and in providing both technical and business solutions training on new system features. Her experience has been key in developing an enterprise system that consolidates project data and applications for a federal office.
