Liz Thompson is an experienced business development professional with over 8 years of experience serving large-scale Federal capture opportunities and an additional 13 years as a non-profit and NGO development specialist. Currently she supports Synectics as the company transitions out of its small business designation. Liz is an accomplished researcher and business writer and has been a part of many successful “must-win” opportunities. She is a subject matter expert in the areas of corporate experience and past performance. Her experience includes providing strategic writing support and guidance, developing teaming strategies, call plan messaging, stakeholder management, and competitive intelligence research. Liz served as Capture Architect for the Deloitte Federal Capture Center of Excellence. Before that she led the Corporate Capabilities and Management (CCM) team of writers, first at BearingPoint and then, after the acquisition, at Deloitte. She has a Project Management Professional Certification (PMP), and she earned an MA in History at George Mason University.
