Jeffrey McGowan, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), serves in three concurrent positions supporting the Company President: Business Development Lead, Business Management, and Corporate Strategic Alliance. Jeff has more than 30 years of experience in IT, program management, and marketing IT services to targeted civilian government agencies. He has provided strategic alliance, mergers, and acquisition support; contract and subcontract administration; proposal management; contract financial performance monitoring; strategic planning; and legal and human resources administration support. He combines comprehensive knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) and financial and audit principles as well as IT concepts, practices, and procedures. As a former employer’s representative on the President’s Counsel of Integrity & Efficiency (PCIE, now titled CIGIE ) for 4 years, he worked directly with the Office of Inspector General (OIG) representatives from every Federal government agency focusing on strategic planning for compliance and audit issues. Jeff has a BS in Accounting from Maryland University.
