Jeffrey McGowan, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), serves in three concurrent positions supporting the Company President: Business Development Lead, Business Manager, and Corporate Strategic Alliance Director. He has more than 30 years of experience in IT, program management, and marketing IT services to targeted civilian government agencies. He provides support on multiple fronts: business capture; proposal management; contract and subcontract administration; contract performance metrics; strategic planning; teaming partner alliances; legal support; human resources administration; and corporate communications. He possesses comprehensive knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs), financial and audit principles, and IT practices and procedures. Jeff has experience working on strategic planning, compliance, and audit issues with the Office of Inspector General (OIG) representatives from every Federal Government agency. He has also served on the President’s Counsel of Integrity & Efficiency (PCIE, now titled CIGIE). Jeff has a BS in Accounting from Maryland University.
