Glenn has outstanding skills in management, analysis, planning, and evaluation gained in more than 35 years’ experience at the National Center for Health Statistics. He has extended his education and experience in clinical psychology into health survey research, training, and consultation on methodology relating to data collection and management of survey projects. He has more than 10 years of experience with Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration data, and was a project manager on a contract with SAMHSA before being appointed its Acting Program Director. He is responsible for oversight of day-to-day operations on this contract, facilitating with the team leaders on project activities ranging from data collection and analysis and maintaining existing systems to developing and testing new or improved IT systems. He has an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Florida and a B.A. in Psychology from American University.
