Carlin Swint oversees performance for contracts within federal agencies and for private corporations. He has over 15 years of experience in IT and has been responsible for delivering IT strategy and planning, long-term technology vision and roadmaps, program and project management, software development, and implementation of enterprise solutions. He has made a career of implementing business process improvement initiativesin all of his assignments including financial planning and budgeting for total IT spending. He has an MBA from Cornell University and a BS in Computer Science from Quinnipiac University. He has volunteered as Chief Technology Officer for the Terri Brodeur Breast Cancer Foundation since 2006.
